canto di Rosetta

The Rosetta Ensemble is a company of international musicians that originated from aproductive collaboration between the Dutch production company Barav Music as part of its Canto di Rosetta project and Fernando Gonzalez Concerts Management of Belgium.

The core of the ensemble consists of voice, violin and guitar and performs a classic repertoire written or arranged for this particular vocal/instrumental combination.

The best musicians residing in Europe have been invited to perform in the ensemble. The violin and viola, for example, are played by Mikhail Bezverkhni, who already enjoys a long and successful career as a solo violinist. The guitar is played by one of the leading guitar players in Belgium, Fernando Gonzalez. And, finally, soprano Mirjam Wesselink de Barrientos’s voice and inspiration help make the group’s performances so memorable.
